2011’s outdatedreviews Game of the Year Awards!!!

The Best Character new or old, to be featured in a game released in 2011 is…

Wheatley from Portal 2

Of the three main speaking characters Wheatley is above and beyond the best. The bumbling robot with British-accent is so charming and funny that there was no way that he couldn’t win the best character award.

But what really amazes me about Wheatley is the range of emotions is able express but at the same time only being a metallic sphere.

Runners Up:

Nathan Drake

Dominic Santiago

  1. I would have liked to see more results from the reader poll, such as a list of all the runners up in order. Otherwise, this is a great list, and I can definitely agree with you on a lot of the choices you’ve made.

Also, a tip: I might suggest putting one of the awards on the first page of the post, this will act as a way to draw readers in, and inform them that there are more pages within the post (I almost didn’t find the extra pages, myself).

  2. The Last of Us is my most anticipated game of 2012.
